YouLolo respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from others. This page explains how to report infringing material and how we handle those reports.

Text, original photography and graphics published on youlolo.com are the property of YouLolo or are used under licence. Copying full articles, reproducing our images, or republishing our content without permission is not permitted.

Short excerpts may be quoted with clear attribution and a direct, followable link to the original article. For any other use, request permission at youlolofficial@gmail.com.

If you believe your work has been infringed

Send a notice to youlolofficial@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice” that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• The exact URL on youlolo.com where the material appears
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner

We review every properly submitted notice and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly.

Counter notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter notice to youlolofficial@gmail.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringement

Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright are removed.

Images and product photography

Product images are used for editorial and commentary purposes, in most cases as supplied by the brand or its press channels. If you are a rights holder and object to a specific use, contact youlolofficial@gmail.com and we will remove or replace the image.
